1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the KHAYT platform, a Moroccan print-on-demand marketplace connecting independent artists with customers.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are paid on delivery (COD) in cash. Prices are shown in dirhams (DH), taxes included. Delivery costs 25 DH, free over 400 DH.
3. Delivery
Delivery is available across Morocco within 3 to 5 business days. Times may vary by region and availability.
4. Returns & Refunds
You have 7 days to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the return.
5. Intellectual Property
Each design remains the property of its artist. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. Artists guarantee the originality of their work.
6. Artist Terms
Artists earn a commission on each sale. They agree to upload only original creations they own the rights to. KHAYT reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant content.
